General Order Information & Policies

• Minimums First Order $150; Reorders $100
• Immediate Shipping is done via 2 - 3 Day USPS Priority Mail or FedEx
• COD Terms for product can be arranged - Credit Card is needed to charge Shipping & COD fees prior to delivery.
• Net 30 Terms are granted after initial order with active credit card on file.
• Late Payments/ Net 30 Terms: Upon the 45th day the credit card on file will be charged without notice.

On-line Wholesale Ordering

• Account Set-up: If your store is in an area represented by one of our showrooms your initial order must be placed through the showroom prior to obtaining on-line ordering access (see below for showroom territories). 
• Log-in: Upon request a log-in will be assigned which will allow access to wholesale prices and your order can then be placed on-line.
• Payment: At this time on-line payments are accepted via PayPal only.
• Shipping: For US orders is done 2 - 3 Day USPS Priority Mail and is a flat rate of $8.00 per $200 spent. 
• Lead Time: Orders usually ship next day.
• Exclusions: Products not available for wholesale pricing include: Big Bow Hair Bows
